The Person Behind East Coast Bride
Krysta (Jay) Cawley
Former Radio Host, long-time DJ, Wedding Planner, Venue Owner and Ambassador for local vendors.
Alongside her work in radio across Canada, she’s spent the past 22 years in the wedding industry as a DJ, wedding planner, and venue owner. She’s battled mosquitoes, hauled gear on sweltering days, driven through hurricanes, worked through sicknesses, and always gone the extra mile – all for the love of weddings!
Not only does she love working with newlyweds, Krysta loves to meet and connect with the incredible vendors that each couple has handpicked for their special day.
Krysta also organizes an annual wedding show in Moncton and when Covid struck, she wanted to create a safe space online for vendors and couples to connect… and that’s how East Coast Bride came to life.
She proudly considers herself an ambassador for local wedding professionals because she TRULY understands the hard work that each vendor puts in to making dream weddings a reality.
